Appointments are required. But if it is small alteration or rush order, you can just walk in too.
Appointment
Bridal gowns alterations take 1-3 months depending on how much work needs to be done. If it is simple, it can take even 1-2 weeks. In general, start as early as you can, since we get busy during bridal season.
Bridesmaid dresses take 1-3 weeks, rush orders and the same day alterations are available for a rush fee.
Turnaround
Bring shoes for hemming
Bring undergarments for bodice alterations
Bring belt for suit pants
Bring any additional accessories if you think it will affect the look of the outfit.
